The Collonade is a mixed-use development, conceived as a landmark and a gathering place. Food and beverage occupies the ground floor.

The architecture takes a classical stance on contemporary design: order, layers, shadow gaps. Mineral stone gives the street level civic weight, its rhythm marked by black metal slabs; the upper levels soften into plaster, wrapped by open-air corridors that carry light and breeze around the perimeter.

The defining element is the colonnade itself - a classical rhythm made contemporary, built for public life.
