Pushed back from the road, with deep balconies extended under added awnings, it creates a strong horizontal face to the island while keeping its residents private. Local hardwoods, proven against the coastal climate, meet white-tainted brick - a modern reading of the brick heritage. Structural columns rise behind long, curved-edge slabs.

 

Every residence faces the sea. The façade composition is the project's defining achievement.
